Where is the 2026 Weber Gallagher Retreat being held?
The event will be at the Seaview Hotel, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel, in Galloway, NJ.

Will transportation be provided to the Seaview Hotel?
For those needing air transportation, we will be in contact to schedule flights and transportation to the hotel. Those within driving distance should plan to drive or carpool. Also, NJ Transit’s Atlantic City Line serves the Absecon Station, located approximately 5 miles from the resort.

What is the dress code for the Retreat?
Friday - Business Casual

Saturday - Business Casual, Athletic wear for the activity, Semi-formal for dinner

I am unable to attend the Retreat. Will the sessions be recorded or livestreamed?
Due to the nature of the discussions, and to encourage open dialogue, we will not be recording or livestreaming the sessions.
Will the firm cover all my expenses during the event?
You do not have to pay for any of the activities and events hosted by the firm, and parking passes will be provided as necessary. However, the firm will not cover any expenses you plan to incur outside of the firm-hosted events, including additional meals, incidental purchases and extracurricular activities.
What time will the programming for the retreat begin and end?
The kick-off will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 9. The final session ends at 12 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11.

What time is check-in at the Seaview Hotel?
Check-in is at 4 p.m. The hotel has ample luggage storage. Please visit the bell staff for assistance.
What meals will be provided during the event?
All meals will be provided during the Weber Gallagher Attorney Retreat. Coffee and water will be available during the sessions.
Am I able to bring my family and friends?
Family and friends are not invited to this event. This is a Weber Gallagher only event.
Am I responsible for booking my own hotel room?
No, we will take care of the booking and will send information to your wglaw.com email address.
Will I be able to request an early check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability. However, if you plan to arrive early, there is a business center you can use at the hotel.
Will dietary needs and restrictions be addressed?
The invitation lets you share any dietary restrictions, which will be taken into account, If you have further questions or requests, please contact marketing@wglaw.com.

A New Jersey Transit station is located two blocks from the hotel, with service from New York Penn Station to New Brunswick. It is approximately a 6 minute walk from the train station to the hotel.

Amtrak service is available from Philadelphia, with an approximate travel time of 50 minutes.

Upon arrival at Newark airport, please secure an Uber or Lyft ride to the Hyatt Regency Hotel (which can be expensed)

When you check out of the hotel on Friday, the front desk will secure your bags until the end of the program
